The phone line is available 9AM to 10PM (Italian) time every day and has the easy to remember number of:

There are flights from the UK to several airports which are within driving distance. In order of distance, they are Ancona (about 90 minutes driving time), Pescara and Rimini (2 hours), Bologna (3¼ hours), Rome (both airports are about 3-3½ hours drive).
